Your best friend's belly doesn't seem to be doing anything to you other than holding you. Despite that, you hear Derek moaning with pleasure and you're glad you made him happy. It was nice to offer yourself as special food to him but it seemed kind of like a waste to not digest.
"How's my cake doing?" asked Derek.
"Your cake isn't digesting." you responded.
"Well, that's too bad." responded Derek, "Do you want to help me with that?"
