She proves that she is the strongest in the group even for being a unevolved Minccino and stands for becoming stronger without evolving at all. While she can be easy to anger, she does have a few sweet sides to her. For one, she tastes sweet and that is due to her obsession with sweets since she was born. Not to mention that she enjoys making others do things for her, using her charms and her Attract attack on males.
As mentioned before, she has a short fuse and will attack as a result, whether is in a short burst of rage or her just berserk.

The air was silent as Chi was laying on the damp ground of a swamp, her body lightly covered in some mud. Though she hasn't awakened yet, she rolled over to get a better position to get comfortable as she would start to awaken. "Huh... Why do I feel like- What the?!"
She jumped up, seeing she was slightly covered in mud. She then looked around and growled. "Oh what the hell?! Why am I in a fucking swamp?" That would be when she recalls the last thing she remembered. "Gah, I will kill that Whimsicot when I see him!"
But for now, she had bigger things to worry about, like getting out of here.
