You sigh...Another vorish pokemon. It's at times like these you wish you hadn't taken an oath to help anyone in need of assistance...Though it did have its upsides, you've managed to convince at least a few preds to kick the habit, and most of them had the courtesy not to eat you after you fixed them up.
"Let me take a look," you say as you grab a small first aid kit. The Charizard is quite surprised by your willingness to help after he had made his true nature so obvious, but he obligingly brings his head down close to the ground and opens wide. You carefully step over his deadly sharp teeth and onto his soft, wet tongue, and look around to inspect the damage.
Sure enough, there's a good sized scratch on his gums, near the back of his throat. You step forward to examine it...Yeah that's going to need some gauze. You call out to the Charizard, "Alright, nothing too serious, I'll just need a few minutes to patch it up. Would you mind moving your head up into the sunlight? I can't see well in here. Keep it level, though, I don't want to fall down." The Charizard carefully lifts his head unto the air, causing his mouth to shake back and forth. A strand of slick, sticky saliva falls from the ceiling, covering you in the viscous goo. You wipe yourself off as best you can and prepare to set to work on the cut.
