The Asian girl stares at your belly for a moment, her face a combination of suspicion and longing.
"I'm sorry, honey, I just swallowed the nurse," you say, patting your belly for emphasis, "but she should be back as soon as I digest her."
"Oh that's okay," the Asian girl says, "I'll wait, unless..."
"Unless what?," you ask, your eye twinkling as your mind races with fantasies of what this girl would taste like.
"Unless you'd like to swallow me, so I can see the nurse right now," she says.
Your tummy gurgles loudly, ending any possibility of her seeing the nurse inside the secretary's stomach, who is inside your stomach.
"I"m sorry, she's about to reappear. In the mean time, you might like to drink this." You search through the nurse's medicine closet, and find the potion that she gave to you.
The Asian girl takes the vial hesitantly.
"What does this do?," she asks.
"Once you drink it, anyone you eat will reappear here once you've digested them."
"Really," she says, "my name's Rei. What's your name?"
"My name is Sarah," you say, "pleased to meet you."
Rei smiles and says, "You mean...
