It would have been so much better if you could have just bailed. Unfortunately, life is never that easy. No, striding back into the nearby woods a great ways, you’d think you were home free… instead, as you pass by a pond, you hear a gurgling behind you. From the water emerge three figures, and from the woods above, several weapons train their sights on you.

One of the creatures, with the torso of a human, and the coils of a serpent in place of legs, slides up to you, grinning wide and snatching the device from you. You’re unarmed, to boot. The furs had followed you across Europe!

 

Tossing the device back to a spec-ops lupine that had like emerged from the water, the naga turns his attention back to you, cracking his jaw…

 

…as the serpent’s flesh gently pulses about you, peristalsis pulling you deeper into its churning muscular coils, you can’t even imagine what went wrong. Some days, things just don’t turn out the way you want them to, huh?
