Mistress gives you your first task as her slave.
"There is a girl in my stomach at the moment, I'm sure you spoke to her while inside me." She begins.
"What you will do is: Return to my stomach the same way you did before, and convince her to unbirth you. You will also instruct her to exit my stomach after she has done so."
"It will be done, mistress"
You make your way back into her stomach, much the same way as before.
Again, she does nothing to aid you.
This time, you feel movement once you are completely inside of her.
It seems she is walking somewhere.
"You're back!?" You hear a surprised voice as you enter the stomach.
"Yes, I'm back with a new task." You reply.
"oh? what does she want you to do now?" She asks, aggravated by boredom of her prolonged stay in here.
