You tell her the company would help. She grabs your hand and leads you up to the top of the pod where the opening is. She wraps her arms around you and holds you tight. "This part is always a little scary. Just hold onto me and I'll keep you safe." You feel yourself and Veronica sinking into the pod's passage. It feels tight and wet, almost giving you an odd feel of claustrophobia. You are grateful to be in Veronica's arms, and begin holding onto her as well. Before you know it, you are completely sucked into the pod. Everything is dark, and all you hear is the throbbing sound the pod's icky crevices undulating around you. Even though you are still holding onto Veronica, she stays silent, you can only hear the sound of her heartbeat from pressing your head against her chest. You wonder how terrified you would've been if you had taken this on all by yourself. Hours pass, and you can feel your grip around Veronica loosen as you dose off into a deep sleep....
