The moment you both enter into Applejack's throat and esophagus is like entering into a narrow but moist and soft slide luckily, you created a magic bubble covering you and Big Mac, it funny how a muscled and full grow up stallion shake like a little foal afraid of the dark, upon arriving the sphincer, it was open for you both to enter.
entering into a large chamber that is Apple Mare's stomach, you notice that there was no acid but the stomach itself was soft and humid, the smell of apple is strong like in big mac's. compared to the stallion next to you, the stomach is smaller than his' but still large in your size.
"We are here it seems." you began, you notice that the stallion was shaking like a leaf, concerned, you walk to him.
"I-I'm alright, just startled." he still couldn't believe that he was now inside of her little sister's gut, of course he was afraid, he was never this tiny before forgetting his pain in his scrotch area, he kneel putting his hooves in his groin, you kneel down and use a little heal magic to him calming a little his pain.

"Are' ya' ok down there?" the Voice of Applejack can be heard, The holder of Honestly was trotting to ponyville, to be more specific, searching for rainbow dash, she could feel her visitors inside of her stomach so she decider to humor them.
"How you feel inside of me?"
"I'm trying to calm big mac groin's pain, full rest and he will be fine... well we are in your stomach, pretty empy to say at least."
"I can't believe I'm inside of you, sis... I don't know what to say" said the stallion a little startled but calmiing himself. you both started to walk (or trot for Big Mac) around the entire chamber, then you saw a tunnel similar when you entered in Big Mac.
"Now this interesting, she is offering us a tour!"
"Y-yeah" he say trembling a little."
"What's wrong man?"
"Ah still can't believe I'm in mah sister.."
"Well I can't still believe how you can be so... terrified I mean, this isn't a family secret the whole bodily control thing?"
"Ah think you're right, is just that my sister just used magic and well... I don't like being tiny that's all." he confess.
"Go inside that tunnel, it will lead to your rooms, Ah'll Talk with Rainbow Dash, I will tell her the truth about her condition." the voice of Applejack startled you both, going inside the tunnel you couldn't help but see how open is it, while slimy and dark it was spacious like big mac's tunnels and corridors. talking about the stallion see that he struggle to walk (or trot) properly prehaps because of his groin's pain, there was two gateway and over it there is two sign that said "Mage" and the other "Big Macintosh".
"You mean that will never bear foals in her own, I don't think is a good idea, I mean right now she isn't stable." you suggest, the red stallion 'eeyup'ed in agreement.
"Ya don't know Rainbow Like Ah am, believe me, she isn't the motherly type." She was already in ponyville's outskirt, where Rainbow's live, however when reaching it she heard unexpected sobs from inside the house.
"Rainbow Dash?" she yell toward the cloud house, the sobs stop until she heard a weak voice.
"A-applejack?" it was rainbow's voice but it was weak compared to her usual go-lucky and bash self, this confused her greatly. something isn't right, Rainbow's never cry.
"Come down now! Ah'm no happy what you did to mah brother!" she shout with authority and she was rewarded but now what she expected.
when she come out and land front of her. her hardered expretion turned into suprise when seeing her friend's face her eyes were red and tears coming from it, her mane more unkempt than before, an aura of misery coming from her.
"I'm sorry..." she said weakly.

"I SAID I'M SORRY! ... This Year's heat was too strong that I couldn't control myself, I can't help but thinking in rutting him and bear his foal! ... I'm so sorry, I understand you may no forgive me" Applejack stare mouth open and eyes wide, Rainbow Dash never apoligize like that, and she could tell that she was telling true.
"Told you Applejack." you are in Big Mac's room with Big Mac in a fleshy but soft bed while you use your almost depleted reservers of magic to partially heal him, it was working as the pain in his crotch demiss gradually, you sigh hearing what is happening outside.
"You say that Rainbow Dash want a foal of you to prove that she can be better mother than your sister right?" you ask.
"Eeyup." he affirmed.
"I think that she wont take this well..."
"Eeyup, your plan will no work anymore if you stay inside of mah sister."
"Yeah... wont be possible anytime soon unless I research her problem, prehaps I can ask Applejack she know better.. In the mean time we are in your sister, we could go for a tour"

Outside, Applejack sigh and cought gaining the attention of the cerulean pegasus.
