While this is probably not the smartest thing you've ever done, surely this shark woman can be reasoned with. As she turns her body around to settle onto her backside in the dry sand, you quickly stand up on your surfboard and wave your hands.
At first, she doesn't seem to notice you, but then her eyes travel up to meet you. Suddenly, things don't seem so safe; perhaps that wasn't the smartest option.
Crawling forward onto all fours, she slips slowly into the water and swims swiftly toward you, bridging the gap in seconds. Far faster than you could ever dream to swim to shore, to say the least.
When she crests the water again, she stands tall before you. The waves she generates simply from the movement of standing washes you away. If you weren't on your surfboard you'd likely have been pulled under. You handle the waves surprisingly well and try your best to relax.
"I hadn't expected to see anyone here. It's been years since I last saw anyone in this area," the shark girl muses, lifting a massive finger to tap her jaw, considering you with massive, but brilliant, blue eyes. "And the last one wasn't so eager to meet me.."
"Hello!" You call up to her. "Can you understand me?"
"Of course," she offers calmly, licking her lips a little. How she manages not to cut her tongue on her own massive, sharp teeth is anyone's guess. Slowly, she leans down and dips her hands underneath the water. Creating a bowl, she lifts you - and a considerable volume of water - up into the air. It's almost surreal the ease in which she handles this.
There's a few seconds of opportunity you have to escape to the ocean below, or you can ride it out.
