Fallout: Voracious - Page 86 - (Girl) "W-Wait! I need water too! I c-can probably find you more!" - By Aces - Overview
The Deathclaw stares at you for a long while, then stares at your belly, then back up to your face. It snorts deeply, then rumbles and leans forward... to slurp over your face.

You wince at the cool drooly slime coating your face, but when you open your eyes again, you see the Deathclaw turning its back to you. Suddenly, it loudly smashes its claws into the hull of the ship, punching holes in the vessel, before tearing its way out into the open.

Before you can react, the Deathclaw's tail wraps around your arm and gives you a firm yank forward. Whether you like it or not, the Deathclaw drags you out of the ship and starts pulling you across the dusty desert floor. Looks like you're going to a ride.

It's heading for an abandoned city on the far shore of the lake, to the west. You were originally heading that way anyhow. The Deathclaw must know something you don't.

Minutes later, you arrive at the city limits. The Deathclaw stops only to yank you upward so you're standing, then gestures its head toward the city, and looks back to you again. You really don't have any options but to do what the beast wants.

Whether you like it or not, you follow the Deathclaw into the city, past the abandoned docks surrounded by stranded ships, and to the nearest building. Then, without warning, the Deathclaw turns and smashes its skull violently into a dry-rotted wooden wall of someone's old abandoned business. The wall collapses with ease.

The Deathclaw rips down the remaining wooden beams and then pushes you inside first with its tail. You stumble into the dark building. The Deathclaw keeps pushing you along until you both arrive at the building's bathrooms.

The Deathclaw now walks up to one of the old sinks and clumsily fumbles its claws at the faucet. You notice a sink to the left had been damaged by slash marks already, no doubt inflicted by the Deathclaw, and the faucet had been broken loose with the valve jammed closed, causing it only to drip onto the floor. Yet, it's an indication that the building still has running water.

"You... want some water?" you ask the creature again. It rumbles in reply, then bites at the edge of the sink before pulling its head away to stare at you. It slurps once over its muzzle, then bobs its head at the sink before looking at you again. It might not be able to speak, but you know what it wants. You reach for the faucet and turn on the water. It spurts out a sickly, brownish looking water which was no way suitable for human consumption, but the Deathclaw doesn't seem to care. It shoves you aside and violently smashes the sink to get it out of the way, then sticks its head under the remaining faucet with its maw open.

The Deathclaw is sufficiently distracted. You might be able to get away now. The poor thing just wanted some water--but you know it's probably still hungry.
