Bolt stretched out his legs with a contented sigh and lay out in the warm sun. He, Penny and the others pets had moved to a much warmer part of the country for the holidays and Bolt loved it; he loved the sun and the whole adventure of being in a new place far from home.
“it can get a little boring” the hyperactive dog thought, lazing out in the sun was fun and all but he needed some more excitement in his life. “What to do?” he thought “I could always go into the forest….”
Penny had warned him not to enter the gigantic forest that stretched for miles, but the interesting scents and strange sights in the forest interested bolt more than anything else on the holiday so far.
“I could just go in for a little while, Penny wouldn’t even know” He thought with a smile "and anyway, what’s the worst that could happen?”
