You step to the side of the tree and turn around to see a black fox with red paws, blue eyes, and a swirly red tuft of hair on top of her head. It’s a Zorua. Her forehead is bleeding and she looks quite ticked. “Yeah, you better show yourself. Watch where you’re smashing your fruit you klutz!” she scolded. You look over to see the Eevee still cutely chewing on her grape. You pick her up while she nibbles on her snack to show the Zorua “I’m sorry, it’s just…” you were cut off, “what are you doing with that little Eevee, huh? Are you going to fatten her up and eat her? Or maybe you think you can sell her?” “No, no, it’s not like that…”
Just as you try to explain the Zorua jumps into a pile of snow and disappears. What on earth was that? The youngling in your arms laughs at the site. You can’t help but to laugh along.
That laughter is not long lived as the snow pile starts to rumble. You slowly back away from it as you cautiously eye it. A large blue canine with white spots, a long purple mane that hangs back, and a blue crystal horn emerges from the same pile of snow the Zorua disappeared into. It’s a Suicune. You know that the Eevees and their evolutions idolize this legendary pokemon. It’s said that Suicune was an Eevee that died from drowning then resurrected by Ho-Oh, a higher legendary to have a new life in this majestic form.
No freaking way, you thought. This one looks even more angered than the Zorua did. On closer inspection, you can tell why. The legendary beast also has a bleeding forehead. Before you can analyze the situation it charges straight for you.
