You control Lara Croft, the famous english archaeologist and adventurer who went to Egypt after receiving a mysterious letter inviting her to explore one of the hidden tombs of one "Nephren-Ka".
This supposed pharaoh had been expurged from history because of his nefarious sins against the human race, and only a few knew about his legend, and even fewer believed it. Lara was one of those few, and curious, the billionaire took a flight to the african country and met the one who sent the letter in a hotel they spoke about.
The person was one "Nahiti", a beautiful egyptian woman with light-brown skin and eyes that betrayed vast knowledge and inteligence.
That night the women went to a less populated part of town, and Nahiti touched the head of lion statue on the street. To Lara's surprise, the floor before the statue opened, revealing a flight of stairs.
"Here," Said the egyptian. "One of Nephren-Ka's hidden vaults. You may proceed if you so desire."
