Fae grew up on West Bay View farm. Her parents kept human livestock during the war. That livestock had provided targets when she'd taken up archery as a hobby, meat for the first meal she'd ever cooked, lips for her first kiss, and brute force to break down the fence trapping them all in the last months of the war.
Since realising humans deserved more than being mindlessly turned into were poop, Fae had found food from other sources. No matter how hard she tried to bury it, she could feel a primal urge to feast on the humans she now looked after in her role as hospital security.
