You approach the building you saw from the forest, and as you advance closer, you realise that it isn't one single building, but rather, a whole town!
Several rows of wooden buildings line the cobbled pavements, each in the shape of a different Pokémon. There were buildings in the shape of a Kangaskhan, a Gulpin, a Serviper, a Wigglytuff, a Kecleon and a Snorlax. You walk up to a sign and examine it, it reads;
