The bulge in her abdomen has reduced down to a small lump and the day has fallen to night by the time Ezme closes her book. She stands, stretches, and heads out toward the dormitory bathrooms.

Entering a stall, she removes her skirt and sits, relaxing her bowels and letting the few brown lumps that remain of your body fall into the toilet below. Finally done, she wipes, discards the paper on the pile below her and simply flushes it away before redressing and heading back to her room.

She hasn't forgotten about the person she just casually digested and disposed of. She simply just doesn't care.
