The only response you get is another big gulp which brings you face first into her maw. In two swallows she has you up to your chest in her mouth. "Ugh my boss is gonna be pissed" you think to yourself. You've been here before, and you've seen this before. This ends with you in the reformer, and your remains in the sewer system. In just a few more gulps you're curled up in your wife's sleeping belly.
You feel her hands caressing all around you, and hear her mumble "God I love having you inside me Jim" with a small giggle.
You curl up in a ball and just enjoy the warmth of your wife's body as you feel her stomach start to knead on you. You feel your body start to tingle and go numb in different places as her stomach does its work.
Overtime your wife's big belly shrinks down bit by bit until it appears as if she's only a few months pregnant.
When she finally wakes up she looks around and see's your clothes on the floor. "What a mess he left today jeez" she mutters to herself. That is until she starts to shift to get out of bed and realizes her huge distended gut. "Ohhh, it's been awhile since that has happened. Sorry Jim I hope your boss isn't too pissed" she says as she rubs her belly. As she stands up the movement lets her know its time to let you out again. "Alright lets go dump you and reform you so you can hopefully not piss your boss off to badly today." She says as she makes her way towards the bathroom.
