You did grow a little nervous when you saw the claw, but realized it was a good idea. If the claw can’t do it, then nothing can.
You nodded and took a deep breath, waiting for her to do her work.
Noel carefully lowers the claw, until it hits your slimy body. The claw slowly sinks into your body, until it reached the woman. Noel gently tightens the claw’s hooks around the woman’s body, and begins to carefully lift her. She reaches a snag, however, as just as the woman’s body is about to leave yours, the claw abruptly stopped. You can feel the tension, as if your body is subconsciously pulling back. If it was anything but a metal claw, it would’ve been pulled in. Before long, however, the claw wins out, and pulls the woman out of your body.
Your body ripples, as all that built up tension is released all at once. It soon calms down, however, and your body returns to it original shape. This probably goes without saying, but without that woman in your body, you feel very hungry again. Not quite as hungry as you were before eating that woman, but it’s pretty close.
Now that she’s no longer in your body, you can’t tell for sure if that woman is alive or not, but you’re pretty sure she was alive right before she got pulled out. The claw lifts her up into the ceiling, and the hatch closes behind her.
After a moment of silence, the door to the room reopens, and a small table raises from the floor. On the table is a beaker, filled with a strange, red liquid.
Suddenly Noel speaks to you via loudspeaker. She thanks you for you’re cooperation. As promised, she says you may eat everything in the kitchen. She will stay here and tend to her friend’s wounds. she says that red liquid is an antidote for the slime ray, that should return you to normal. It’s up to you if you want to drink it, but she advises you to wait until you’re outside.
