You walk straight through the main entrance, where you find a small coffee shop embedded in the far wall. They are closed at the moment, but you know they will be open starting this coming Monday; the same time that class begins.
Only a few students are wandering the halls. It's less busy than you had expected. To the left of the coffee shop is an elevator. Opposite of the elevator is a door to a stairwell that goes up to the main lobbies of each floor, all the way to the third floor balcony above. You can see that a male harpie with red feathers sits perched upon the third floor railing, preening himself as he watches you below.
As you are about to approach the elevator, a bright green naga woman slithers up to the elevator door first and settles herself in a bundle. She is at least eighteen feet long, but her torso stands at about the height of an average human girl.
Your heavy stomach is still weighing you down. You keep that in mind as you plan your next move.
