You slow to a stop, and pant loudly. You aren't entirely sure what that was, but something told you that it wasn't human. Your heart slowed to a less frantic pattern, just in time for you to register a low growl from behind you.
Before you could even turn around, something tackled you from behind, with all the weight of a sack of bricks. You try to stop yourself from falling over, but all you can manage in the split second before you hit the ground is a small flail of your hands.
You are now on your stomach on the ground, with something on top of you.
The female voice comes from on top of you.
"Caught you!"
