You are a very special Salandit! While male, you can still manipulate your foes with your pheromones. If you can make true physical contact on a "willing" Pokemon (they don't have to be truly willing), you can transform them, hypnotising them and changing their appearance to be similar to yours. You don't prefer any Pokemon gender, but you do want to gain a few legendaries and perhaps a mythical.

The moves you know are as follows;

Hypnosis

Smog poisons the Pokemon with either a highly damaging or debilitating poison. The former weakens them rapidly but doesn't aid your attempts to take over their mind, the latter heavily muddles their mind but doesn't weaken them otherwise.

Sweet Scent is a great opener, even after Attract! They also won't see a Captivate coming if one is used afterwards, although they WILL know of it if it misses.

Poison Gas is your go-to Poison-type move for attacking. Not only does it damage Pokemon, it also messes with their heads. A Pokemon under the power of your pheromones also doesn't register damage from Poison Gas.

Hypnosis requires you to make eye contact with a Pokemon. You can also make physical contact with them to do so. You can then use it to take control of its mind. They can resist, and will try to. If a Pokemon is fully hypnotised, they will not resist and will obey all of your commands.

Flame Charge is great for opening with an attack using a Fire-type move. Don't let them out of range.

When you've caught a Pokemon and can transform them, simply hold them. Laying on their body works well, as long as it is reasonable with how it happens. When they are transformed, you control them. You choose 4 moves that that Pokemon has, within reason (e.g. Lucario has Aura Sphere, Zekrom/Reshiram has Fusion Bolt/Fusion Flare, Hypno has Hypnosis), for them to use if you want them to attack.
