I wish I could make my Cell story interactive, but the main problem is that the victim order is linear. Of course, it could be done in such a way where it's still linear, but how events play out could be the key differences.

I think it's a great idea, but try not to worry too much about what other people think, just write it the way you want it and I'm sure other people will dig it!

Making it an interactive is a little ambitious (not that that's a bad thing!) so if you find it too daunting, maybe it would work better as a normal fanfic? You mentioned this was a "new" story, Have you written others? I'd love to read them, especially if they involve Cell
(Cell absorbing 18 is the whole reason I have this accursed fetish. Damn you Akira Toriyama!)
All that being said, I'm sure it would be difficult for Imperfect Cell to take on someone with the power of an Infinity Stone by his lonesome, maybe he needs to absorb a few people to grow more powerful before taking on Jane ? The Marvel Universe is full of lovely, powerful ladies. (Lady Sif, Black Widow, etc....does Pepper Potts still have lava powers?)
