It’s a rugrats unbirth animation or comic.

In it, Angelica is to be unborn, she and her mother go to the hospital, where Angelica is handed over to the doctors. She is stripped naked, triple diapered, and taken to the operating room, where he mother is waiting to have her placed back into her womb. Angelica is placed into her mother’s open womb, points her finger at the doctor saying “what are you looking at?”. The doctor puts her hand back down, attaches her umbilical cord, and proceeds to see her mother’s womb back up, while Angelica cries out “what the-, NO, NO, NO”. Angelica squirms around in the freshly closed womb a bit, before a hose is used to fill her mother’s womb back up with water, and she goes silent. Feel free to end however you see fit.
