i remember playing halo and there was a cave with fleshy walls and in an alien franchise game there was a hive to much the same theme.
where does it count as being a coating on the walls or actually inside a living being because to the observer they're the same thing.
Method of entry, and what's under the meat?
If it's a building, like the Gravemind from one of the games, it might not count as endo/vore, since it's closer to wall decoration.
Now if the building became incorporated such that it was a living creature, rather than what TV Tropes calls "Meat Moss", that might count. It's rather a fuzzy line though.
