I thought I would compile all the Q&A from ~10 pages of this thread as I went through the quests. I then added everything that I spent more than a few minutes figuring out.

First, my tips:

• Stats:
  You can check your current power and seduction by clicking on the sink in your room or by saving and looking at the data there. You get power from the gym and eating people and you get seduction from the club and flirting with people. Power is your health, strength, and dominance. Seduction is your persuasion and seduction.
• Seducing / building friendship:
  I find asking about someone's friends and complimenting their taste in food are the simplest ways to seduce. Every character does have certain questions/compliments that make them happier than normal, but poor compliments that receive "uh... okay..." as a response give a -1 to friendliness. Better to leave before the conversation ends than to waste turns getting a -1. Lastly, no need to walk away to refresh. The moment the conversation ends, you can talk to them again like nothing happened.
• Companions:
  You can talk to / dismiss a companion by going to the menu, clicking skill > companion > technique > chat > chat / dismiss
• Fast travel:
  Traveling in the sewer is far faster than traveling above ground. Click a manhole cover to enter.
• Money (cc):
  Go through the quest line on the phone in your starting room. It'll give you plenty of cc that you can use to spice up the game in the beginning. Later on, there's the arena, casino, and guild to continue building your fortune.
• Yandere content:
  
  Spoiler: show

  Currently requires a target with at least mid seduction and at least high aggression. Make them love you, get into their stomach, and then ask to be let out. Struggling, failing, and then asking to be let out works too, but unbirth, cockvore, willingly digesting, and asking to pass through won't trigger it.

Next, here's some item descriptions:

• Item: Orb of submission
  This orb costs 150cc at the minimart in the eastern town. After buying it, use the item to turn on/off auto-fails for struggle/plead checks. Helpful if your character is too strong and you want to roleplay as weak prey.
• Item: Training band
  At 100cc, this band gives you access to some 'weak prey in friendly pred' dialogue. I tested it with Pip (chat > use item > training band). If you're too strong, she says she isn't qualified to train you. If you're weak and she doesn't know you, she'll say it's too annoying. Only if you're weak and on very good terms will she agree to it. As for the training itself, it seems a random chance for +3 power (if you get the dialogue that you nearly escaped). The chance feels low to me (10% maybe?), so it was slower than using the gym. Note that rejecting the offer to be let out twice gets you digested.
• Item: Arena equipment
  The three 500cc arena items are the Cane (+4 confidence and +1 defiance), Enticement Gear (+1 confidence, +3 appearance, and +1 luck), and Revealing Top (+5 appearance and -1 luck). I tried them one at a time by using a save file to spam fights with Anis. None of them seemed to increase my damage, but increasing appearance somehow left with me with more health at the end. Also, the +1 luck didn't help me in the casino (weirdly, RNG was such that I had the best luck while wielding the cane).

There are telephone quests in your starter house. Each bullet point is my notes on a quest. Only a couple quests gave me trouble, but I went ahead and wrote down all of them with the hints covered in spoiler marking:

• To make a friend,
  Spoiler: show

  talk to them, ask who their friend is, compliment their taste in food, select "leave", and repeat until their dialogue changes to seem happy to see you. No need to wait for a new day, just walk right back up to them. Also, compliments that receive "uh... okay..." as a response are actually a -1 to friendliness. So, don't just assume longer conversations are better.
  
  
• To make an enemy,
  Spoiler: show

  just insult them until they either threaten or try to kill you. Even when they end the conversation, just immediately re talk to them and continue insulting.
  
  
• The vore event

  isn't complete until you 'let them out'. Whether that be alive or not.
  
  
• To win in the arena,

  buff your stats. Digesting people and/or going to the gym will increase power which increases health and dominance. Chatting people up and going to the club increases seduction which increases, well, seduction. Also, the arena residents are random. If it's empty or the available competitors are too strong, just leave and walk back in.

  is in the grocery store, which is in the section of town to the right of the club.

  reviving isn't a bug, just check the phone. Also, you need them alive from now on. Do not kill them or you'll get locked into paying 200cc to revive them for a later quest.

  will be wherever their default position was. That said, if they're dead, that default position is as your ass fat. You'll have to revive them if you ate them since the last time the game revived them.

For those wondering how far each level of strength of npc can get you with training from minimal to high, using Pepper, Aayla, Missy, Ms Robin, and Ankha

This is from a seductive start, power starting at 15

Minimal (Pepper): none

Low (Aayla): power 32 (more likely 30, but I got to 32)

Mid (Missy): Power 43 (more likely 42, but I got to 43)

Mid-High (Ms Robin): Power 60

High (Ankha): Power 71 (more likely 70, but I got to 71)

Power maxes at 75, so you gotta get the last 5 level alone, either by digesting people or getting lucky at the gym

Really seems to slow down on gains at power 50+

I just confirmed you can train with Aayla at a power of 30 for a +2 bonus, but she'll say you're too strong at 31. So, the max entry power is 30 and the max exit power is 32.

No that’s just if they like you a lot (which is a requirement). You have to ask to be released from a Yandere capable predator to get the lines. If you are just willing to be digested it doesn’t pop up.

After understanding how it actually works I have confirmed Kalysta is indeed a Yandere.

Thanks for confirming that. Got it to working now. I had asked to be let out a few times, but it looks like I somehow managed to only try asking to be let out while we were friendly. Obviously all the tests that happened after she was finally in love were choosing other options.

No problem! I also think some of the more aggressive characters (i.e. Anna, Kalysta, and others potentially eligible for the interaction) flip flop a lot between the different affinity tiers, which wouldn’t help matters.

Just so you guys know, for a character to be yandere, they have to have max, high, aggression, and mid or higher seduction. Most aren't aggressive enough, seductive enough, or both.

I found that, like Cheyann, Cosmosium is a night-time yandere. I think night-time Cosmosium is also the strongest of the yanderes, since she gets stronger and more aggressive at night.

Picnic date? The only date spot I know of is the restaurant next to the takeaway place at night. Len, who during the day slithers on the street across from it, runs that one.
Edit: it is actually the reverse, it operates at daytime. I guess Len teleports, kinda like Medb.
