Actually I think this is from an anime called magikano. This is probably the scene involving the protagonist haruo and the antagonist of the series who's name leaves me at the moment. She is sucking out his life force to gain his power.
Yeah they do die if they run out of soda and can replenish their lifeforce by drinking the same kind of drink but the Girls are actually the cans not the drink itself , i like this anime too :)
I don't recall seeing this episode though,of course im not done watching yet.

I watched the whole thing. Don't remember this one and can't find it.
