Hello everybody!

I have important news related to my E-Junkie online store. Two major recent events have forced me to make changes to the way I sell my comics: the first was the war in Ukraine and the second was the change in PayPal's payment policies.

Icudhara and I were impacted by the sanctions suffered by Russia because of the war in Ukraine. With that, the only viable platform for Icudhara to receive your financial support is Patreon. Comic sales have been redirected to me, but with recent changes to PayPal's payment policies, I will no longer be able to receive money there.

Therefore, the online store on E-Junkie will be discontinued!

And how can you buy my comics? In this first moment, I'll do a test using Patreon itself. I will create exclusive tiers where the content available will only be the comic that the person wants to buy. So they can contribute to the value of the comic, download it on Patreon and stop contributing soon after. They will only be billed that month for the value of the comic and will not have access to the rest of the Patreon content.

I know this model will make life difficult for people, especially those who want to buy more than one comic at once, but at the moment this is the only way we see of continuing with the online store. Perhaps at another time, with the political situation in the world improving, we will be able to return to E-Junkie.

This change will be gradual during the month of July. I count on your understanding.

Stupid sanctions do nothing but hurt the commoners.

This definitely will be complicated to manage, but hopefully it works out well

May I suggest grouping your comics by price and setting the tiers to those values. Then when a new month rolls around you ask everyone at each level what comic from that price range they want. Then if they don't change their pledge in time they can get a new comic until they collect everything from that tier.

I'm not sure if that would be more or less work for you but it is an option to think about.

That was my first idea, but it would be a lot of work from my part. What I did was create a new $20 tier that gives you access to all the comics. If the person already has all my comics, that may not be very good after the release of only one comic, but it's an excellent deal if the person has only a few comics.
