These past three weeks have been a reaaaaaaaaaaally long blur in my mind, with us having to entertain elder relatives from abroad who are going to stay with us until next weekend, and the two weeks before that were mostly work turning me into a mindless zombie that could only become human again by listening on repeat to my character playlists on the drive back home. I did end up doing a few more RP's with a bestie and those helped generate a lot of really, really fucking incredible ideas, so that was nice. Then again, there's no substitute to being physically hungry and being in the mood to brainstorm lol.

i haven't had a chance to really sit down and write recently, and by that i am referring to literal sitting of my butt down in a chair to write, and not how I finished a long-due roleplay this past week at 6am while leaning halfway over the bed and ready to bonk my head on the floor if i got too physically restless while writing. maybe a bonk would have been better for me after all, since that roleplay was kinda... ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

that aside, actual progress and Alleycat story things are coming now! i can't write with confidence or motivation until i know the big picture of everything, what the start and endings are, who dies where, all the stuff CinemaSins would love to pick apart and roast me...

i'm finally at a position where i can write on a laptop that won't turn off every five minutes, and i am pleasantly waiting until the weekend for a chance to sit down interrupted and put some of my thoughts into actual words. Or to be specific, to turn the thoughts that I've filled five notebook pages and plenty more discord channels with, all into the one big fat story that's never really left my head since the idea hit me a year ago, and well, here i am about to make this leap into the literary unknown.

there's a lot of planning going into this story / series, and i'm going to have to do my best to schedule things out given how life continuously eats away at the time i do have, but i know i'm going to do it, and that's all the proof i need that i can do it all.
