Someday I’ll get deeper into the lore of the twins, but I wanna kinda do an overview of their lore.
The Barrigallenas were found on the doorstep on a convent, newborns with a full set of razor sharp teeth. The nuns tried to care for them, but couldn’t deal with their appetites, so they went into foster care. Within a few years, the foster system was overwhelmed by the children’s violent and voracious tendencies. With no other option, it was decided to separate the twins, since a home might be able to handle one of these children, but not both. I just recently found out about the “Final Fantasy House” and apparently one of the people involved is named “Mela” and THAT’S MY NAME. I felt like someone stole my face haha.

I am very sick, and have been since LONG before I joined this site. Those of you who have followed me for a while might have noticed that I often go months without posting, then suddenly post in bursts, only to go silent again for months. This is bc I have a chronic illness that I, like an idiot, constantly underestimate. When I feel ok, I am able to work HARD and OFTEN, and I think I will always be able to do that so, LIKE AN IDIOT, I set a standard that's way too high. Then, I get sick again and it hits me like a freight train, and I suddenly can't even draw a little sketch, let alone finish an art series or write a second chapter. Hello. I am trying very hard to finish the few comms I have now, but I am having Personal Issues.

Don't worry, though. I will be finished with these soon, and I anticipate having more slots open for the new year.

I still have three commission slots open, and only one comm in my queue. Now is the time to buy, before prices go up.

I am INCHES away from completing this comm I been working on for like... 18 fucking months. Might even get that up tomorrow.
So, obviously, that particular commission took WAY TOO LONG, and it's because I bit off more than I could chew as far as scale and it caused me stress. Knowing this, I WILL BE offering commissions now, but only small scale projects. Either uncolored sketchpages OR colored lineart. No backgrounds, no shading, no sequences. Nothing that's going to make my anxiety... eat me alive
This round, it's gonna be $15 for a sketchpage or $25 for an illustration of two characters, with $10 per additional character. I reserve the right to refuse commissions that don't suit...

The trouble is, it usually takes me about ten months to write a chapter (I am very slow at everything all the time). So... should i post the first chapter now and make y'all wait for ch 2, or make ya'll wait until I have more written??
