I made her using the Sailor Senshi Maker over at Doll Divine, then modified her in pant. A friend managed to set her up with a background after my various failed attempts. I love everything about the pic accept how her dress flares up at the bottom, I'd much rather it be more limp like a real dress instead of poofing...
