Lella Eon, Kyle Wallace's adoptive mother and almost biological ~

She, along with her sister, are part of the Government as caretakers of order between social classes, their duty is to ensure that none prey or commum predator goes into rebellion against the government, controlling their minds and erasing some of their senses, such as anger, pain for loss, desire for revenge and any negative feelings, thus maintaining a “healthy” voracious society

Even though Lella does this work, she has great empathy for her prey... and don't like to do it with them...

“Beings so small and fragile should have the right to live like us, and not just like cattle.”

Lella convinced the government to be the protector of preys, not by preventing predators from eating them, but by ensuring the prosperity of this social class, so that they can grow up healthy and without fear to live their lives.

Lella created a place where prey could live, where predators with voracious intentions were prohibited, any invader of this place is devoured by Lella and Eella who agreed to help Lella if she had someone to eat ~

However, this “neighborhood” is only for housing, preys would still have to leave there to work, socialize and so on...
