Going to have to practice those mawshots a little bit more. Yes, the view from the belly is important, but you gotta remember - the journey is just as important as the destination.

Bit of a side thought, but gotta say, doing still images after animating everything, there's a significant hangup to try and get everything closer to 'perfect', which I'm really not sure is helping all that much. With animations, a single bad frame is gone in an instant, and any problem with proportions or anything are glossed over as long as the average of everything is more-or-less correct, but at the same time, that messiness might actually kind of be what makes it. Like this one here - Marie is fairly well done in her pose, lines are pretty clean, and I think I actually did decent on her shading, but taking a step back, it's not in my list of favorites even though I'd consider it close to the limit of my technical abilities right now, and expect most people to also probably go "meh" too. But you know- it's done and it's free, so you get to see it anyway :)
