This was one of the popular result choices from a poll, not the first choice, but it was a request by the Warden through my Patreon, as they contributed a lot of their rewards to this. Now it's not an actual visual novel, there are no choices, and the story isn't that very long. It's more like a comic that just emulates the look.
I saved it all out as a PDF to my cloud so it's easily readable and contained. It's a quite hefty file size. A whopping 500 Mb so you know. It could probably have been smaller if I didn't make it all into pictures... I wasn't sure how to go about it otherwise without having to learn to a game engine to implement it all. Instead I focused on just getting it done...
It has been quite task to make, but I did enjoy making it and I hope you enjoy it too. ;)
At the highest tier you get the individual drawings too... Until December, then it's removed.

This is quite neat! It's a really cool idea, and the writing and art are both very well done.
Since you mentioned not being sure how to implement it, there's actually several tools for making visual novels that are quite straightforward, especially for linear stories like this.
Ren’Py is the most commonly used and praised tool for visual novels, and that tracks what I've seen poking around finished games. You just need to save any art as separate files, and then save the lines in a normal text file with simple formatting. The only 'code' required is listing which image to show with the line of text, and simple variables if you add choices for alternate paths.
If you still have the project files for these, you could probably turn this into an actual VN in a day or two.

Another option could be to export the image sequence as a video like mp4, which would also make the file size much smaller and allow for higher quality than a gif. Since you made a gif already, it should be quick to convert with handbrake or throw the images into a free video editor.
I guess the programmer in me saw 'game engine', and I completely forgot the simple option.
