This piece I've set up a few years ago and had on my iPad. It started off in the Autodesk Sketchbook/Sketchbook Pro app, but then I ported it to my PC to finish it up in Krita because Krita is more versatile (that tends to be the case when I start a drawing in Sketchbook and finish it up in Krita). What took me so long was I needed reference photos for the internal shots, between looking up endoscopy shots and referencing other artists.
