Lindsay is an absolute babe, not a brainiac, but still hot.
I think it’ll come down to balancing the art and keeping up with OC content, but I always kinda dreamed of having some TDI stuff in my collection.

Eating Lindsay? All she'd have to do is say there's some make-up in her gut, and she'd jump right in! It wouldn't technically be a lie, either... I mean, the other girls were wearing some before they made such a generous donation to Gewn's body after all!
As for my favorite of the three you listed? That's tough! Lyndsay doesn't get much time of day for me. She can get herself eaten by Heather or Beth for all I care (Or, in this case - Gwen!), but Courtney vs Gwen is tough for me! In the end, though... Courtney would be best suited to being digested by one of the best goths (And girls!) TV has to offer. That fancy law degree won't help much when she's wobbling around on Gwen's thighs after all...

Honestly, I think it might be easier than that… She could just tell her that “Tyler” is down there and she’d swan dive down her greedy gullet!
But, your logic is sound! Courtney is some great competition but up against Gwen, the choice is clear ;)
