Well, I remember there was an dialog for one of the talking flowers about how do the characters/Wubbas taste like, so it's not hard to imagine Daisy swallowing Peach on this form and actually proving how an Wubba taste like
On the other hand, Wubbas are basically slimes, and since Daisy is the one sitting, I can imagine Peach making Daisy sink inside her and swallowing her that way, even if it's by her head >:3
