I posted this yesterday on Discord and didn't share it here until today; my apologies.
This picture is an unfinished version of cover art for a story I'll be working on in the foreseeable future, focusing on how Daru got to the City of Dragons and how he lost his adventuring group. As mentioned before, in the gate drawing, this story will be the same as Bird Song, a Singer's Tale, in that it will have pictures and chapters. But as before, I haven't written a script to follow, and I have thought of commissioning  brazzel so that I can focus on the drawing part, and he is the one who created the world in which this story takes place, after all. But I should concentrate on another Adventurer story first before tackling this one.

And if some of you were wondering who the woman on the left is, that's Chieko Erzadotter. She's a cleric, one of Daru's childhood friends, and his girlfriend. She wasn't easy to make, mainly because her creation was on my sketchpad, and I hadn't thought of her colors, so I had to borrow some colors from a few refs that  seekgr had given me, along with others. I also found out how he made the eyes look as well.
