Hey-Yo everyone! Femmi-K here with the first of the barrage of commissions I took in to help with bills and such! This one is by  ShiokawaStuffer8X! Who commissioned a picture of October from "Cthulhu Saves the World", equipping a special Hefty Tome item and being surprised when the effects apply on more than a statistical level!

I've always wanted to play with concepts other than vore, such as general stuffing, sudden weight gain like this picture, or pregnancy, so this was a fun experience. Plus it's gotten me interested in a series I was unaware of! I'll check it out after everything on my side is sorted out.
