Lady Tissa, Ulma's resident archmage, needs a lot of mana in order to fuel her spells. And what better source than a belly full of 'volunteers'? Tissa is rarely seen without a round belly, as we see here, where she's putting the calories from her latest prey to good use while practicing a new spell.
