Mmmm, I wonder if her round tummy is fat or just bloated with prey...I guess we won't know until she poops~
Hopefully that skull dissolves later so her poor butt won't be strained!

Maybe her prey hasn't traversed her small intestine yet, that's what it looks like, there's still time for her to plump up before expelling what's left~

Most of here's is probably food belly, the rest of her body isn't really too doughy~
