For Vore Day 2024, Paramouth Pictures held a "Tifa Day" event.

I fully expected entire encounter to involve Tifa being drunk, more assertive than usual, and passing out asleep while Aerith is unknowingly trapped on the other side of her cervix.

So. The tiny that Tifa had already eaten got to...
-Be eaten by Tifa.
-Have front-row seats to potential food (since Tifa mentioned she was stuffed from dinner) and a confirmed drink entering her stomach and likely spilling over them.
-Hear Tifa and Aerith discuss their presence with Tifa claiming that she was "occupied", at "capacity" and Tifa would even burp reactively which the tiny would no doubt hear and feel.
-Have front row listening experiences to Tifa and Aerith going at it.
-Be shook around in Tifa's stomach alongside her dinner due to Aerith and Tifa's intense and sensitive sexual actions.
Whether or not they were able to hear it on the inside, Aerith was 100% right to call that tiny lucky.
