B-Day gift from  A0IISA of Araragi getting eaten by Nomi Chinou from the Densetsu Series, another series from Nisioisin. Unfortunately, there aren't any translation of the Densetsu series itself, though there is a short story from the Mazemonogatari crossover event with Nomi and Araragi, here's the link to the story:
