One of Ms. Marshall's team and most trusted lackeys, Birthday has breeding duties of her own, but largely spends her time managing the ins and outs of her boss's function as CEO of the Pokemon Breeding and Family Planning Center, such as organizing stock trades, making sure the nurseries are adequately funded and connected, and keeping proper ties and deals with all the local pokemon centers. While a bit dour in mood and very insistent when her needs aren't met, there are few that can say they're as important to the organization as Birthday is, though she's not the sort to brag.
