Thought I'd give a quick demonstration on how Lilty's digestive energies actually work. Here, he is more or less normal, not much different from his day to day look bar the extremely scanty underwear. But it won't remain that way for long. While still being reffered to as him, he has both sets of organs, making him a futanari. Just more or less on the flatter side.
