Same. Myself I’m much more partial to actually burping in sequences rather than just the word “BURP” thrown in randomly in speech. Seems more genuine imo

In story dialogue, I usually go for "ourp" (capitalized and with extra letters or font size depending on the magnitude) as it more closely resembles the sound, but in a visual medium I feel like "BURP" is also pretty effective when it's stylized like here.

At a primal, base level, Elves are natural predators of humans. It is only with eons of Elven enlightenment that they have suppressed this natural hunger and are able to live alongside humans in peace
