I'd view this not so much as a 'true' prequel, or sequel. But a mid-quel of what Mint could have been 'before' and 'after' drifting towards Lucariow's Doromi.

It'd likely involve fruit, vegetables and predatory tree girl instincts, being surprisingly chill and empathic to all of Doromi's inner needs. Even the needs she may not acknowledge or think of.

How would this friendship story continue, when the sequel part of a midquel is over? Who knows...

But if nothing else, to a non-existing Churner app or account. I'd in spirit, view it as free estate for Doromi. If she gets to be a 'forever' vacation isle, thanks to the wonders of "The Internet" being prime grounds for treasure isle mapping.
