I still remember discovering Nagatoro when she was just a random character that appeared in a series of random Pixiv pics. That handholding sequence was so visceral that it’s still the gold standard for spaghetti spilling POVs this side of the internet. If you were to tell me 13 years ago that not only would she get an anime adaptation but also a proper manga ending, I’d tell you to get out of my house, how did you get in here, and I’m calling the authorities.
