Striker was finally getting his vengeance for Stella working him like he's her lapdog, and rounds up her brother for good measure.
Unfortunately for him, he's mostly succeeded in gathering all of I.M.P's greater annoyances in one place. Loona decides to deal with the trio right then and there.
It'll save Octavia some headaches, so it'll be all good.

Probably the closest thing to a hug Octavia has gotten from Stella.
