Serious question...is there any real danger to being swallowed in this world?

Makoto has swallowed Augustine so many times he practically casually lives inside her, and Dawson herself not only swallowed but pooped out the survivalist, who made it through her whole digestive tract without harm.

Although if Dawson did shrink, Makoto probably would swallow her, but as a sign of affection, like she does with Augustine, she seems to enjoy having those she likes inside her.

There is the danger of dying in the Nottieverse

Augustine is able to be swallowed by Makoto so often because he has methods of getting out of her easily (either by using string or by calling for help with the phone he seemingly has), but despite how makoto may seem around tinies she is actually extremely protective of Augustine and will make sure that he’s never in any actual danger

The Survivalist was able to pass through Dawson unscathed because he’s a survivalist, he’s used to being in dangerous situations (but he did go insane being inside Dawson so I guess he did end up getting hurt in some capacity)

But those two are the exception, most tinies just try to avoid dangerous situations since they don’t have the experience or someone to help them like Augustine does

(And yes Makoto would gladly swallow Dawson if she could)
