(This is a "What if" scenario, so it's NOT CANON in Uma and Giles's story)


Immediately after unbirthing the young human squire Giles, Uma knew that she had to make him truly hers.

For too long she remained alone, without another member of her species, so she decided to slowly transform Giles in her real biological son. One of her species.

The process would have been long, double the time of a normal dragon pregnancy. But luckily, Uma had time of her side thanks to her long, looong life.

And so, for 180 years, the body of the sweet dragon girl continued to first slowly morph and then lovingly gestate Giles, until at the end of those 180 years, he finally came out as a cute little dragon with fluffy blonde hair. The same color of his human hair.

Finally Uma was no more alone. She was no more the last one of her species. She could finally be a mama and love her sweet baby boy Giles <3
